Technical question: UAP

Hi, Group!
Need some help with the UAP in my Blue Voice panel: It went totally
silent on me for awhile, and now it's making sound again, albeit
much softer than before, with very little low end (almost sounds
like I'm playing it through an equalizer and the low end has been
removed) and there is a constant hum in the background suggesting a
grounding problem. Any suggestions?
