Serge Planner Update...
2006-01-17 by James Coplin
OK, here we go...
After an extremely long delay, I'm getting ready to dig into the Serge
Planner again. The development tools arrived this week and I installed them
last night. I'm starting with an overhaul of my site to get familiar with
the new environment and then moving on to the planner.
This in all likelihood will be the *last* update to the planner with regard
to new features. So, if you want a feature, let me know. It will probably
be 30 days or so until I get into the guts so there is time for some
discussion about what people want to see etc.
Sorry for all the delay and downtime but it really couldn't be helped. I
retired from technology and went back to school to pursue Chinese history.
It was a major life shift both economically and mentally. I'm much happier
but it has taken some adjustment. I also had a son during the process. To
really put the skids on things, the past 12 months have been spent studying
for the graduate school exams, applications etc. I suspect my Serge has
been on maybe 5 times in that time period. However, last week I mailed the
final application in so it looks like smooth sailing for a while.
So, if you want a feature, let me know now. I'll post updates on the
progress and what feature requests I've decided to implement as I start in
on the coding. Thanks!
