Just wondering how many TKB users there are here. Be interesting to see
how many Serge owners use TKB and how many use regular keyboards.

Or how many use neither. The TKB is not just a controller though...it
is also one of the more powerful sound generating devices in a Serge
system.

"one of the more powerful sound generating devices in a Serge system."

OK, I'm intrigued. I've clocked my TKB into the audio rates and used it as
an osc but quite frankly, I never thought it was even remotely interesting.
Care to explain how you use yours for this? I'd like to hear how this is
achieved.

New Yahoo! Messenger with Voice. Call regular phones from your PC and save big.

So you can quite happily run the Serge without a TKB or keyboard?

Re: TKB users

Well, you have four outputs...and with the knobs, you can tweak the
harmonics on each output (it is like a harmonic oscillator). When
you add in slew limiters, reversing the sequence, etc...the
possibilities are quite wide (randomization?). Cross modulating with
the clocking oscillator/source also can create interesting results. I
am not saying that it is the most powerful sound generator in a Serge
system, but it certainly can't be discounted.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
