He seems like a perfectly good guy and he mentioned several familiar
names from this list. Well, I'm about to purchase my first two Serge
panels from him and I thought I'd ask if anyone can vouch for him? ;)

I haven't talked to him in a while but Richard is a
good guy, don't worry about buying from him.

I'll vouch for him 110%. Have known him for the last 4 years and he
has always conducted honorably. Ping me off list if you want further
detail - but I would not hesitate to carry out any transaction with him.
