controlling my animal

controlling my animal

2009-04-03 by Christopher Jacob Recording Device

Hey again,

I've been thinking of ways to control my animal panel once it arrives and my plan until I can get the cash for more Serge is to use a Korg SQ-10 sequencer with it. Will I need anything special to do this, I mean other than some kind of Banana to 1/4inch adaptors. Are their grounding issues I should be aware of? Has anyone on here tried this? I saw one youtube video of a guy using a Roland System 100 sequencer on a Serge Creature, if you're on here how is that working out for you?

Also do Banana to 1/4inch adaptors exist?

Talk to Rex about getting some cables included in your order: STS can provide them. They are expensive but high quality and come in a range of lengths. Of course you have to work out the grounding situation, which isn't always as simple as using the grounding connector that comes with the Serge power supply.
