Well, I got the SBX-80 to drive the SDS witth a 4 ppqn sync signal, and als= o a MPU-101 set to the special "midi to trigger" mode. I'm "happy" to learn MID= I doesn't work... I was worried that it was just mine. It looks like it's out= putting a MIDI clock that has no relation with the tempo of the pattern... Anyway, it= 's sort of working with sync in. My SDS is very= sensitive to what type of pulse you send to it. Fortunately I have four Fri= enchip SRC's that have variable voltage and pulse width on it's clock outputs.
