I think they handle up to 1,5 but I'm not sure. I have to double check the manual for that. The "synth input" reaches it's maximum at 7 volts and can take up to 10. I trigger mine with +5 (still not having finished the mod to my midi2sds2 - bad) and it works great except for the snare card which never get that rimshot effect the manual describes.
