Your doing a fine job.  As far as deleting non-active members and overall cleanup that is good as long as any members who seem to be inactive are given the chance to stay on if they wish.  I suspect there are members who just monitor and those probably should stay on.  But the only way to find out is ask them.  No response or responses where they would not want to stay on should be deleted.  As far as clean up, do what makes your job easier or easiest.

I don’t see the need for any ads that do not pertain to the subject.


pictures are ok, but if that adds to your workload, don’t do it.
