Professional parcels are always tied together with a kind of plastic band. This is perfect to cut these plugs. But also the plastic of kitchen cleaning bottles is quite cool. No need for nuclear science...

  Great idea. Didn’t think of 3D printer. Not that I know anything about them and how to copy something like this to a format a 3D printer understand.

  Those contact guides ought to be easy to replicate. Either with a sharp 
  knife and some random plastic or via 3D-printer...
