hi all i got a sds 9 of e bay there is a fault the rim trigger stays on for a short time and there is white noise all the time the trigger light is on then the light dims and go's out the noise fades out and stops if you trigger the rim again with a pad or the tap button it happens again as the rim and snare share the same jack a stereo i think it may have had a mono plug put in to it this would have shorted two pins any help please.

hi all done some investigating on this fault now ic 20 is in a dil socket removing the ic the snare trigger acts in the same way as the fault on the rim trigger the ic is a lm13600n a dual op transconductance amp will a lm13700n do in its place the bias current looks to be the same any more help please.

more tales of woe on this sds9 i can not switch between rim a and rim b roms the led should not come on when you select a rom then when you turn the select knob it will light up to show you are on b rom the led is on all the time when you turn the select knob the led only dims does
not go out any help.
