I don't have one Patrice but, you can substitute one with a Roland FS5U.
It's not a comfortable pedal especially if you play without shoes like I do.
But it gets the job done.

Does that look special in any way - I thought it was just a standard pedal.
I use a switch pedal I got with my Roland SVC-350, works good for me.

the simmons sdx had/has a pedal with the fsr in built which makes me thinks the pedals that the chap from def leppard used/uses may well do the job (can't recall the name but cheetah rings a bell)
the simmons pedal is basically the botton of a hh/bd witha spring ............nice and solid as opposed to a normal footswitch which would give out after some heavy playing

Well , thanks to all for your suggestions...
I didn't know that Roland "jacks" gear could do the job , I thought
the SImmons pedal would be progressive & not a note on / note off
signal...
I'm using a KAT HH footswitch at the moment but I believed that I was
losing some range control...
I know about the SDX 's one as I have one myself , but it's a real
pain with the SDX so I didn't even try with the SDS7 ...I will then.

I do remember the "Sharks" pedal used by Rick Allen, I've never seen
any in Europe & I only knew about the "single" triggers for bass Drum
or snare or tomtom triggering , not footswitch or controller
pedals...

I'd like to try an original Simmons one even they're ugly...

Thanks & BYE !
Patrice.
