As a matter of fact I have one that's exactly the specs you mention that I was going to sell.  It has the black hard surface and XLR output.  I have the spurs and I think have the Ultimate Supports attachments for tubular type racks.  I think I even have the original shipping box.  It's in very good shape, other than some cosmetic wear on the playing surface.  You can e-mail me on or off list if you're interested.
