Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi there,

I have an SDS 2000 kit, 5x12" pads and the brain. Its not in great nick to be honest, but I think it all works.

If anyone's interested I'll test it properly and take some photos.

sorry mods - I understand this as a first forum post is bad etiquette but its never gonna see the light of day again otherwise and i'd rather it went to a good home as I'm not a drummer!

2 of the pads have Dink's in the front vinyl, the edges of all have some scuffs due to ages. The backs of the pads also have scuffs.
All working and velocities seem to work fine. 
The brain has a small surface rust patch on the top and some of the edges where the paint has come off. It is also missing two of the knobs as in the photos.
It is numbered 000653, doesn't look like they made very many at all.
