Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hey. I have been wondering how I can restore the rubber playing surfaces on my SDS9 pads. I’m starting to worry that they will start breaking and stripping away from the wood.

I looked at the document on the Simmons Museum site but I can’t find anything on restoring the heads. I don’t know if using liquid Flex Seal and a plastic putty knife will work.
