some download links for the manuals don't work (likely because the
webserver handels the file names case sensitive).

I fixed the sd1000 link, th eothers should be ok, EXCEPT the SDX one..
I'm having problems with that file.
It seems that acrobat thinks its 286 pages long, it only shows the first page,
the other 285 are all blank.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

I did not generate it myself (as the rest of the docs). I had problems
opening it with Mac OS X (Preview and/or Acrobat Reader) as well as
Linux XPDF. Finally it worked with XP (uuhh...)

Which version of acrobat reader was that with?
