SynthModules

This hints at one program that I will *definitely* write unless someone else
does it first: A MIDI master clock out plus some synchronized LFOs. It would
have up to 4 LFOs with variable frequency ratios (relative to the master
clock) and whatever waveforms I want to give them. :-)

It could also have EGs in place of some of the LFOs -- not much difference,
in this case.
