  Description : PSIM-1 Random SpeakJet Demo - PSIM-1 sampling a Wiard Noise Ring for controlled random voltages. The samples are then converted into the appropriate range and sent to the speech module.  In a nutshell... this is the Noise Ring "playing" the SpeakJet via the PSIM-1.  There is also some other sounds going on in the background (the sinister sounding stuff), but it's easy to distinguish the "effects and phonemes" that are generated from the speech module.
