  Description : Window comparator. Window size is set by the voltage at IN-2. OUT-1, OUT-2 and OUT-3 are set high determined by whether IN-1 is below, within, or above the window, respectively. Otherwise they are set low. IN-1 is scaled and passed to OUT-4 if it is within the window. Otherwise, OUT-4 holds the last sampled voltage.
