Mike, You read that correctly. In this program, the start and stop buttons do nothing. Once you load that program it stays loaded until you load another program. When you power up your synth, it is a four channel chromatic quantizer. Remember, all this code can be used as building blocks. Other examples use the buttons to start the program running and to stop it from running.
