SynthModules

I've added the MSCOMM32.OCX file and instructions for registering it with
Windows on the SynthModules.com SpeakJet page.

I believe newer versions of Windows include (or do not need) this file.

I assume I run the PhraseAlator.exe file.  I get the message:
