Actually, since I'm building them all at the same time now, the
partials will be shipped before the remaining assembled.  I had been
building them one at a time... which was simply insane.  This way is
going much faster and I can see progress with each step I complete. 
So, everyone will be getting them much faster now.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
