All very interesting indeed.  But when one analog modular synth adds
achingly audible hiss to my recordings and others do not, I dump the
noisy one...rightly or wrongly, I guess!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
