I am working on a Kurzweil Mark III and I was trying to
determine what some of the MIDI controllers were.  I just
don't have a good MIDI monitor so I wrote this to speak the
hex MIDI codes received.  I was able to figure out what all
the controller assignments were.  I had added SpeakJet
phrases for hex digits in my latest template along with a debug
routine since I can't use the AtomPro debugger with interrupts.
This is just a 4 line program using my latest template.  

You have to be careful as you can queue up a lot of MIDI data
especially with continous controllers!
