I did some more code updates on my modular display and interfaced it 
to one of my PSIM programs.

This program monitors a CV and outputs MIDI notes to a Roland Sound 
Canvas.  I use one CV input to set the MIDI program change and another 
to set the note velocity.  A program change message is sent whenever 
the CV input changes.  A note on message is sent whenever the input CV 
changes which will create glissindos.

I'm simply driving the gate with a FM clock and using a sample and 
hold to create random CVs.  The display is updated whenever the 
program change or velocity changes.  It displays the MIDI information.
