A couple of questions, sure..... 

1) Do you provide the courtesy of sending out a "shipping notification"
  message, with info on carrier, tracking number, ETA, etc.?
  (I'm just wondering, as apparently the 'partials' have all been
  sent out, and I've not received mine, nor have I received any word
  of it being shipped. I'm considering myself lucky if the process is
  even slower than I've perceived.) 

2) It may also be wise to confirm, prior to shipment, that the purchaser's
  address on file hasn't changed -- it has been over two years, after
  all, and people tend to move around.
