I've designed a microcontroller for this display.  It requires wiring 
a 20 pin DIP to the 6 pin LCD and the PSIM J5.  It requires +5 volts, 
a crystal and two caps.  This can be expanded for MIDI input and 
output, along with a MIDI LED if you wish.

Specs for the microcontroller are on the page.  It details the 
necessary AtomPro24 code.
