SynthModules

I've upgraded my arpeggiate-it program so it will also send the notes
to the MIDI output.  This makes a nice little CV controlled
arpeggiator for both CV and MIDI control.

I've uploaded it to the DJB Programs folder where I have consolidated
all of my programs.

Hello folks.  I'm slowly making progress.  For those of you still waiting...
