Noise Ring Question

Noise Ring Question

2004-09-20 by Andrew Scheidler

Couldn't find the "Noise Ring Group" on Yahoo, but I know some of you
have 'em...

Can the NR function as a pure noise source? (true analogue noise, not
the looping stuff that comes out of some chips)

If you max out the "Chance" knob (or whatever the settings would be),
does the NR function just like a S&H module?

I am looking to duplicate the Noise Module and S&H Module in the ARP
2600...

thanks,
Andrew

Pure analog white noise *is* available on the Noise Ring... but not at any
of the output jacks. Maybe Grant would care to give details...
