PSIM-1 Status Update

PSIM-1 Status Update

2005-05-11 by synthmodules

Well folks... I'm making progress like crazy now! Things at work have
slowed down thus allowing me to spend more time working on the
modules. I've also been getting about an hour a day or so in the
mornings in and actually have today off! I'm quickly running out of
parts to stuff and will be soldering soon. Gallons of distilled water
are sitting just over there waiting for me. :) I'm hoping to get the
boards finished up today and get the LED boards finished before
Sunday. Then, I'll fire up the soldering iron and once I start...
won't finish until they are all done. Then, probably another week or
so to get the panels wired, tested, etc. I'll be shipping them as
they are completed (not waiting until *all* of them are wired and
tested). Shipping should begin soon. You folks waiting on the
"partials" don't have much longer to wait... so dust off those panels
and dig out the jacks and switches. ;)

It's a good feeling when all the holes on these boards are almost
filled up with parts! hehe

More later...

Thanks for the update, Brice. Glad to hear your schedule has lightened
up. Overwork is not a good thing for anyone.

Regards, Scott

PSIM-1 Status Update

Just a quick update... I met my goals for yesterday. ALL the
remaining PSIM-1 boards are fully populated. I'm on track for
soldering on Sunday. :)

More later...
