>almost a month without word this time, can't say i'm surprised... This is absolutely incredible. We were [re]assured weeks ago that we could expect regular updates. This situation grows more serious with every unfulfilled promise. I have a feeling that some people want to say something but they are afraid of being bumped further down the supposed waiting list. So, if anybody wants to post "anonymously," just write to me off-list and I'll re-post it without your name -- as long as your comments are reasonable, not slanderous, etc., etc... Since I have one of the early PSIMs, I have no fear of retribution from BDH. (Well, I suppose that I could be kicked off the list, but such an action would *really* send a bad message.) I'll be off-line for most of tomorrow, so don't expect immediate replies. Please note: I am not trying to cause problems. I'm trying to help resolve one. Weren't there something like 50 orders? At $300 each, a *lot* of money unaccounted for. That's $15,000, by my count. I am not a lawyer, but as far as I know, mail fraud laws may apply if anybody sent payment through the U.S. mail. Enough said, for now. IMHO, the best way to head off any thoughts of legal action would probably be to communicate to those who have placed orders. But, heck, what do I know? -- john

John, I'm still here. I've been working and building modules. I have another one I'm packaging up to ship tomorrow. I got five more ready for testing this past weekend. Please keep in mind the majority of the modules have already shipped. I'm working my way down the list. It is taking longer than I thought a few weeks ago... but I'm making steady progress. So, it's not $15k that's unaccounted for. The partials didn't cost as much as the completed and the majority of the modules have already shipped and the rest are sitting on my kitchen table getting final assembly. It's not been two years since I've manufactured and shipped any modules! It's just been slow but I am still producing modules and getting them shipped. I'll try to be better about updates. I've just been very busy and working on modules... time has gone by too quickly and I didn't realize it had been so long. Another update in a few days... - Brice http://www.SynthModules.com ----- Original Message -----

Although I'm still digesting them, there does appear to be a slow trickle of PSIMs to customers, so I remain skeptically hopeful (partly cloudy with increased chance of skepticism, heh-heh...). -- john
