If you need it to be analog, you could do this with the Doepfer quad EG and a mixer. Anything with end of stage trigger outputs works well. But stuff like this is done really well in digital, like the Encore UEG. Is there a reason it needs to be analog? I can't imagine needing a 7 stage envelope to do percussive sounds...
