no one wants you to jump off a bridge Cynthia or even feel like you want to jump off a 
bridge.

and yes, you've been through a lot in recent years and i think everyone here is very aware 
of that and takes that into consideration when pondering delays on back orders.

I had no idea the module had been farmed out to someone else to build so i hadn't 
forgotten that.... i never knew that so i how could i forget it? that's part of the problem. 
the communication issue.  Over the last year or so i've been  told every 3 months that it's 
gonna ship then the shipping date would come and go and no update or email saying 
what's happening.  then i have to email you or post here trying to find out what the status 
is when it should be you emailing me saying "look, some jagoff just walked out the door 
with all the bits" or whatever is going on. some people probably don't want to know and 
are happy to just sit and wait but getting an update with some details puts other people 
(me) at ease.. otherwise i just have to get into a mindset that it's never actually going to 
show up at my door.. i have to learn to expect nothing because i'm not told otherwise or 
i'm told otherwise and nothing happens... 

i wish you well cynthia and no one here can tell you how to run your business and i'm sure 
you have choices to make that are lesser of two evil type of situations and i can't speak for 
everyone here but i would like to be clued in a long the way once in a while so i know 
what to expect. (not that i expect this type of situation to happen again) I think it would 
keep me from being pissed off when other modules in other formats are shipped before 
my 3 year old order and that means i wouldn't make acidic posts here on the mailing list 
which means you wouldn't ever feel like jumping off a bridge which means we'd all be a 
little happier or at least even more understanding.

so, any idea when QLPG's will ship?  ;)
