That's why I was sort of asking around about euroracks that might not fit someone else They (Concussor guy Tom Carpenter) made some standard 3U and 6U cases... but I picked up the less usual ones because they were a better value. I've got a long discontinued 9U case. It was a real good value years back. It's much shallower than doepfer but has no obstructions for most of the positions. It could be ordered with Doepfer or RS sockets or combinations of both. I think the supplier stopped making the cases that size. I also have a budget 3U one that's plastic with 9 doepfer and 2 RS integrator sockets. There are positions for 2 or so modules that could be quite deep, at least 7". There are a few pre-drilled holes but mostly you tap your own so the fringe benefit is you don't get the infamous gap due to the different horrizontal hole locations Doepfer and ASys use. You wind up with 0.5 HP gaps if you mount say doepfer next to integrator. I kind of recall someone on the ASys yahoo list asking about that and the Zosc. For what it's worth Analogue Solutions Concussor modules use doepfer format screw spacing and ship with Doepfer power connectors if anyone is taking notes.
