I really have a renewed respect for how Cynthia and co. run their business. 2006 seemed like an extremely rough year for Cynthia and her business; however, she survived and ended the year with a bang. It is tough to shift from a custom/small batch shop to a slightly larger scale production company. She seems to have taken a step in the right direction by locking down business practices and focusing on process over product. I was lucky to have a tour of the workshop, and it really is a very small operation (with most of the assembly being completed by Cynthia herself). She sometimes has to wait for specific parts to finish runs of modules, so delivery times can fluctuate. I am very pleased with the end product and plan on continuing to order future modules. It was very nice to see some of what is just around the bend. Believe me, she is going to top the Zeroscillator with some very desirable and innovative creations (please don't contact me for and tidbits, as I stick by my non-disclosure agreements *grin*). Yes, two years can be a long wait for modules, but you have to remember that you are ordering from a boutique builder and not Roland or Akai.
