HOwdy! A new fleet of low pass gate circuit boards is already in the soup and the front panels are all machined and ready... Low Pass Gates are coming late January, and a new fleet of Synthacon Filters will be following on the heels of the LPGs, in fact the circuit boards are due here any day now. Esrly February we will have lots of Synthacons and then a fleet of Anything Modules will follow the Synthacon Filters. Also shipping in January is the large and final batch of Voltage Controlled Tablas, and we will be bringing our popular Dual ADSR Envelope Generators back as a regular production item for a short period of time as there is a batch of those also close to completion! Best Wishes! Cynthia http://www.cyndustriescom/ great picture of the new Euro Format and Motm format Sawtooth Animators' on the MatrixSynth site http://matrixsynth.blogspot.com/ evetsterueb wrote:

Hi Richard! Audio Inputs are Gray colored Bananas, Control Voltage inputs are White Banana Jacks, Outputs of all kinds are Yellow, and Pulse signals(and the occasional square wave) in addition to Gates & Triggers Inputs AND Outputs are Red. Bruce sometimes uses a Gray jack to denote a one volt to the octave CV Input. Early Modcan systems had Green Jacks instead of White for CV Control Voltage Inputs, (if you get a module like this it means it is an early early Modcan module). Here at Cyndustries we adopted a "Green is Ground" slogan similar to "Red is Right" on stereo wiring, The Green banana jack on your Power Supply connects directly to the 0-Volts Circuit Ground output of the power supply circuit and is completely isolated from Chassis (front panel metal) Ground. (Some other companies use a Black colored jack for this as it is technically the proper color for Ground) http://www.cyndustries.com/modules_POWSU_2.cfm It is this "Green is Ground" Jack on your Power Supply that you would use to connect your Cyndustries or Cynthia brand modular system to some other modular system, such as a Serge, the Modcan rack cabinets, or say to the Banana Adapter modules from Motm or Dotcom systems. Looking at the Green Jack on our Power Supplies you will note a green LED light on the panel North of the banana jack which represents the Positive 15 volt side of the supply output, and another similar green LED South of the Jack which represents the Negative 15 volt output. Proper operation is indicated when both lights are lit. If the lower LED goes out for example, this would suggest a short in the negative power rails, and so on. Ground is a funny thing, it like fire has a life of it's own and you just have to get to know it a little through trial and error, (a knowledge of Ground definitely makes you a more powerful Sorcerer) Here are some hints http://www.cyndustries.com/modules_powerdist-FAQ.cfm Best Wishes!
