i wonder myself, but i don't want to interfere with your periodic requests. :) so just to remind you and all others - another quarter without any ZOe is over. still waiting since full payment in march 2008... :-/ i wonder what's the reason this time. no, i actually don't. it doesn't matter anyway. :(

I emailed Cynthia 2 weeks ago on this matter and have not heard anything. It appears she is doing a "Plan b" style business practice on the ZOe. I just hope we get them at this time. I think 21 months is more than enough time to deliver these items. I am trying to be patient with them since I understand that it is a small company but all I know is that I will never do business with Cyndustries ever again. James ________________________________

I e-mailed her twice in the last month but no replies so far. I think it´s just sad that we all gave her a lot of money and almost nothing happend in the last 2 years. I mean come on. I really wanted to buy some modcan a format modules from her but after I waited that long I understand everybody who says that they would only buy her modules second hand. I think she owes us all an explanation. David

> I think she owes us all an explanation. no, she owes us the actual modules we paid for in full about two years ago! :) indeed, 2 years lead time is just no way to treat customers. we heard enough excuses and explanations by now. when it comes to actually delivering the modules instead of some new excuses, it ends quite quickly as we saw in the past. well, there are possibilities to take action against cynthia, if we should decide to do so... or we can soon (?) read another excuse and that she's really almost done with the modules and wait some more months / years. let's see. it seems to be going the grenader way. :-/

feel free to jump in and comment, cynthia... adding new pictures to the group page is a nice thing, but some of us would also appreciate to know when the ZOe we paid for (in march 2008) will show up. there is for sure a good reason for the delay since your last update.

Hi Code 842! I fell several weeks ago (slammed down hard on the concrete) while trying to trim the tree out in front and broke a rib, breathing was kind of shallow for a while and coughing or sneezing quite painful. I didn't think it merited a lot of drama but it slowed me down considerably. Kind of took the wind out of my sails We also had a tricky issue with a special matched dual transistor chip going extinct on us and we had to scramble to find them. Then there's the economy which slowed ~everything~ down, and all combined I didn't feel a whole lot like making any big announcements, more like healing. Mercury also went retrograde today for the next three weeks, so progress will again be challenged! of course we are pushing forward in spite of these challenges. I look forward to getting this batch of (50) Zeroscillator cards done at last so we can ship all the back ordered ZOs including the ZOe's and finally move forward quickly again, we have several new products to release this year, but nothing new will be announced until all of the ZOe's finally ship!
