The New Mark II Zeroscillator has a newly designed, ~ single, surface-mount ~ engine board, instead of the sandwich of ~ four, through-hole ~ engine boards.
This makes the entire module only about two-inches deep instead of over six-inches deep. The new ones are much thinner, as well as faster to assemble.

The new ZO design has improved reliability, less current draw, and improved keyboard tracking! (We've added two little switches onto the Engine board, so that
the exponential converter section can be isolated from the core of the Zeroscillator for "out of circuit calibration", whereafter the switches are flipped to re-engage
the feedback loop of the core. The sync performance is also slightly improved. Completed front panel assemblies are already built in all the formats, See PHOTOS
Section "Behind the scenes at Cyndustries" Album.

On a slightly different note we of course took on the challenge of releasing the Zeroscillator in Buchla 200 Series format, the ZOe, which I'm happy to say is
finally about to ship. We started shipping them months ago, but got many requests from the community to add voltage processors to ALL the inputs and outputs.
It took us three different versions of the front panel circuit board design (ZOeMK III), to finally get it right, as Buchla voltages are totally different than other synths,
(for example, how does one offer a through-zero oscillator to a system with no voltages available that go through zero! :)

We're really excited about the new designs. They are very complex gadgets and took a lot of heart and stamina to complete. What a relief!
