Hi Dan!

The SixPacs are 1/16 inch thick black anodized aluminum, They can be used alone, or as the basic for a wooden cabinet, or covered with different materials. They provide a light weight structure to house the modules and include a Combo-DIstro Circuit card that provides a place to plug in all the module for power.
The Combo-Distro Cards have convenient screw terminals on both ends for easy daisy chaining from card to card (SixPac to SixPac). Yes you will need a Power Supply to drive the SIxPacs, we offer the Medium Power Supply which is a double wide panel that occupies two spaces in a SixPac. These are modular;
so that later when you wish to expand to a large system with more SixPacs, then it is easy to pull the Medium Supply and replace it with a large Major Power Supply (six units wide fills a whole SixPac). A Medium Supply will power up to (6) SixPacs full of modules, after that upgrade to a Major Power Supply to drive
up to a Dozen SixPacs. If you wish, we can also supply a Wire Harness Assembly that helps to keep the wiring neat. Any 14Gauge stranded wire will work, the colors in use are Green= Ground (Zero Volts), White = Minus 15V, and Red = Plus 15V.

The SIxPacs are a convenient and versatile way to build yourself a system or expand the one that you have. There is a little bit of work running the wires and screwing the SixPacs together, however the savings is massive compared to buying the alternative...
Especially Now for the next two days the SixPacs are half price so buy extras and save a huge amount!
