Intro Prana

Hello, all!
New to the list --- not new to analog and modular.
Grew up in the Golden Age of Analog (1970-1983).
Listened to Tomita, Synergy (Larry Fast), and Roger Powell
among others.
First synth --- a Multimoog (which, arguably, was not a REAL Moog....
it was a 'Norlin' [wink]).
Typical community college experience with the Arp 2600 and
reel-to-reel (I still have a Tascam 34B in excellent condition).

Just took delivery on three SixPac enclosures, so, I am ready to start
putting together a system centered around my MiniMoog Voyager.

A modular is a living, breathing, CHANGING musical instrument ---
that is the core of my Utopian enthusiasm, even at the ripe old age
of 50.

My handle --- ZenArcher[61] is a Todd Rundgren reference.

Peace,
Kevin

Welcome, Kevin! Seems like a lot of folks in your age group more or less (me included) were seriously affected by synths, modular in particular, as youngins and once they’ve reached their 40s, 50s and beyond they want to recapture the inspiration, power and yes, even GLORY that is a large modular synth!!
