I have the pdf manual and it says version 1.0 too. Thanks for the answer. The 4.30 update was made from Akai, you can download it from the AkaiPro website. JJ OS makers only made the MPc100 and 2500 Os because they were working for Akai when those machines were released, so they only know things about the MPc1000...
