Hi, I was wondering if anyone has found some information about the "S1100 hardware mod" that has to be done in order to get rid of the error message "HARDWARE CHANGE NEEDED FOR DD OPERATION" in the harddisk recording menu? Btw, I already have firmware version 4.30 installed. I'm not sure if this is simply a restriction to particular SCSI drives, or if the mainboard/SCSI card actually requires some kind of patching or chip replacement. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
