Akai S1100: Whats the differences in latest OS?

Hi Akai s1100 users!
I use my S1100 about  6 months and pretty happy with it.
I have 1.31 OS version, and wondering, does it makes sense to upgrade it with latest OS? Can you describe improvements and differences between all that OS?
