Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

Thanks to Gilles, we now have the S1100 manual online! It's in the
files secton. It is version 1 - if you have manual updates, please
send me (scanned) copy.
The file is a bit too big because of the bad pdf support of my scanner
- so I had to split it in several parts. I'll try to find a better
scan program to reduce the size.
