Hello !
I just got an AKAI IB-104 board and want to install
it into a S-1100 for testing before buy.
If I look at the rear slots from left to
right, the slots 1-4 are filled w/ memorycards, - then comes the FX-board in
slot 5...
... followed by 2 ( ! ) option board slots...6 and
7...
...then the SMPTE board and at least the IB-103
SCSI board.
Does anyone know which of the empty slots, 6 or 7 (
both called "option boards" on the main circuitboard ), is for the IB-104
in an S-1100 ?
The IB-104 manual describes this only for S-1000 /
S-1000 HD where it would be the 6th slot.
Is this also true for the S-1100 ?
