Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

I have just had a s1000 but the salesman has to remove the light and 
thus the cable . I would please know or goes this cable to place 
another of them.  I would like a photograph of the interior of S1000 
and more precisely of the two wire which leave the light of the 
screen.
