It seems like that where's its coming from. Is there any way that you could replace this part or is it one of those rare things to find?

Honestly I can’t think of any other stuff than the LCD and the Power Supply that can generate a whine over time.

So what does this mean? It seems to be working fine other than that
bloody whining noise. What usually happens over time?
