Akai S1000 / S1100 samplers

For some time I have been out of stock of the M32S1 32MB boards for
the S1000 / S1100 series, but they are now available again:

firmware.  The M32S3 for the S2800/S3000/S3200/CD3000 is also available.

For customers outside Australia the price is AUD$492 including
