Yes !
But when you want to use 8meg cards in a S1000,- you have to solder 2 jumper bridges on digital mainboard.
S1100 has jumper dip switches for that purpose.

right beneath the longest board in the
case, there are 2 memory cards installed.
You can install 4.
It\ufffds impossible to recognize if these are 2meg or 8meg cards.
With 2x2meg cards,- the display reads "2 megawords" (=4MB) when powering up,- w/ 2x8meg cards it reads "8 megawords" (=16MB)
2 and 8 meg cards = 5 megawords (=10MB)
Ask the owner how much it reads when powered up and before you buy.
