its usually a microtech internal scsi card reader (no converter needed) - you have to have a box or mount it in place of a floppy drive - called a photo something-or-other.

they sometimes pop up on ebay, and i have my eyes peeled for one as the cards have dropped in price so much that live it'd be great - my whole set on 1 card and no moving parts!!!
