2009-01-26 by chillingtonrecords

hi
i have S1000HD and i love it very much, it has has magical sound.
i wanted to ask a question.. when i connect
s1000 to a midi keyboard, s1000 receives midi signal and plays fine.
but i want also my s1000 to respond midi data from cubase SX.
I connected soundcard of my PC to s1000 with midi cable,
but sampler doesnt respond. can you help me, please say
what should i do step by step?

While I can't give you step by step instructions. It sounds like you
need to route your midi outputs in Cubase to your midi interface /
soundcard.

Then make sure your Cubase midi data is being played on the correct
midi channel - however you have your S1000 setup.

I agree the problem is probably within Cubase's MIDI settings.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
